What mounting components are included?

Anodised aluminium suspension rods, a top mounting plate and installation screws are included.

Can the suspension height be adjusted?

The installed height is fixed. A custom height can be specified before production.

Does the listed height include the suspension?

Yes. Product dimensions include the complete suspension assembly, and packing dimensions cover the complete packed assembly.

Where is the system and how is it maintained?

System electronics are inside the ceiling fixing box, accessed through its bottom cover.

Are touch and non-touch versions available?
