You may either use your long-term freight forwarder or our recommended third-party logistics partners.

With your authorization, we will assist in providing all necessary shipping and customs documentation (including Packing List, Commercial Invoice,etc) to ensure smooth transportation and insurance claim processes.

Please note that all shipping services are performed by independent third-party companies. Therefore, we do not have direct control over delivery times, cargo conditions, or potential losses. However, we will make every effort to assist with communication, provide documentation, and support tracking and claims throughout the process.

This Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our After-Sales Service Policy.

If products are damaged or lost during transit, we will cooperate with you and the carrier or insurer to pursue reasonable compensation.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate changes before shipment.

Any additional costs resulting from address changes will only be processed after your confirmation.

If you prefer to arrange pickup by yourself, please schedule in advance.

We will prepare your goods at our warehouse or designated office and assist with the handover process.

If you use a third-party logistics provider, please confirm that they can deliver to your destination and handle customs clearance.

In cases of war, extreme weather, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will promptly notify you and help coordinate with logistics partners to find alternative shipping solutions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees as required by local regulations.

We will do our best to provide complete customs documentation to facilitate a smooth process.

Should any delay or additional cost arise during customs clearance, we will assist in communication with logistics or customs authorities to minimize impact.

We always ensure that all products are packaged to meet international shipping standards, minimizing risk during transit.

If goods are damaged:

Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If damage such as cracked screens or packaging defects is found, take clear photos immediately and report it to the carrier or insurance company.

We will promptly provide all required supporting documents (packing list, shipment record, photos, etc.) to assist your claim.

If goods are lost:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the shipment, please contact the carrier immediately to initiate an investigation and file a claim.

We will provide shipment and delivery records as needed to help expedite resolution.

Once shipped, tracking numbers will be provided either by your designated freight forwarder or our logistics partner.

Tracking information will be available via email or the carrier’s official tracking system.

If you need assistance, we’re happy to help — simply provide the carrier’s name and tracking number, and we will liaise with the logistics provider on your behalf.

However, please note that the accuracy and timeliness of tracking data are ultimately the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s size, weight, and destination.

For customized or bulk orders, shipping charges will be clearly stated in the quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed by contract, customs duties, VAT, and other import-related fees are borne by the recipient.

You may choose your own freight forwarder or use our recommended logistics partners.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited service is available upon request.

(b) International Shipping

Delivery time varies by destination and method:

Express Delivery: approx. 3–10 business days

Customs Clearance & Delays

Delays may occur during customs clearance. We recommend reviewing your local import regulations in advance to avoid unnecessary holds.

In case of force majeure (e.g., weather, geopolitical events, or flight issues), we will assist in coordination and problem-solving.

Standard Orders

Once payment is confirmed, we will verify your order and arrange production within 1 business day.

Custom Orders

For customized projects such as 3D content design or music production, processing time varies depending on project complexity.

An estimated delivery schedule will be provided during quotation and confirmation.

Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the estimated shipping time.
