Standard orders of fewer than 10 units generally require 5–10 working days after payment is received.
Minor customization generally adds 3–5 working days, while deep engineering customization may add 10–15 working days. Larger orders are scheduled according to the quantity and configuration. International transportation and customs clearance are not included in these estimates.
Yes. Every completed display undergoes at least 48 hours of continuous powered ageing followed by outgoing quality inspection. Display operation, pixels, interfaces, touch functions and exterior condition are checked before shipment, while electrical insulation safety testing is performed by sampling.
A Certificate of Conformity and OQC inspection report are supplied with the shipment.
