77-Inch Flexible OLED Installation at Hulunbuir Museum

2025-12-08

RusinDisplay supplied a 77-inch flexible OLED display for a curved glass-wall installation at Hulunbuir Museum. Positioned beside a circular exhibition platform, the screen follows the surrounding architecture and adds digital content to the physical exhibition.

Magnetic mounting and concealed cable routing keep the installation compact, with the display’s supporting components integrated into the exhibition structure.

Project Overview

  • Location: Hulunbuir Museum, China
  • Display: 77-inch flexible OLED
  • Installation surface: Curved glass wall
  • Mounting: Magnetic attachment system
  • Cable management: Concealed within the exhibition structure

Following the Exhibition’s Curved Design

The exhibition combines a curved glass wall with a circular platform. The flexible OLED display follows this geometry, allowing the screen to sit naturally within the installation.

Its thin profile reduces the visual bulk of the display assembly. Visitors can view digital content alongside the surrounding exhibits without a large freestanding enclosure interrupting the layout.

Magnetic Mounting and Concealed Wiring

The installation uses magnetic attachments to secure the display assembly along the curved surface.

Power and signal cables are concealed to keep the viewing area tidy. The red upper section of the exhibition structure provides a route for hidden wiring while continuing the exhibition’s visual theme.

Together, the mounting system and cable arrangement keep attention on the screen content and the exhibits.

Digital Content Within the Physical Exhibition

The OLED display introduces moving imagery into the exhibition, giving curators an additional medium for presenting visual content alongside physical objects.

The flexible panel follows the glass-wall installation, while the surrounding glass preserves views into the exhibition. The OLED screen itself forms the image surface.

Flexible OLED for Museum Installations

The Hulunbuir Museum project shows how a flexible OLED display can fit an exhibition with curved surfaces and limited space for visible equipment.
